Known Issues (current version TAIR3.4.3, release date May 6, 2024)
- FIXED - Login broken
- PARTIAL FIX - It's not clear where the Bulk Download Tool went or what replaced it
- PARTIAL FIX (AGI column removed) - Publication table in Locus page takes forever to scroll, one AGI code per line and only one or two pubs in the current view is deadly
- Tables within the Locus page show too little data, scrolling is frustrating
- Search results have scrollable table, would be better to have a fixed number of rows visible plus the ability to move from page to page as needed
- IN PROGRESS - Redirection of links in the old website detail page format to the new website detail page format not complete
- Many old website jsp pages (non detail) lead to blank pages on the new site.
- FIXED - Linked loci not showing up on the publication pages
- FIXED - Linked annotations not loading from the publication pages
- IN PROGRESS - Running into server load issues, results in "Error from the server" message when trying to search the database.
- Searching with AGI gene name doesn't work for Gene search (AGI locus name works)
- FIXED - URL constructed with an invalid identifier leads to blank page not a 404 error or a Page not found error.
- FIXED - Activate Code and Subscribe buttons missing on My Home page.
