We have identified sets of Arabidopsis genes that are lacking functional annotation data in TAIR.
There are four files
- Protein coding loci unknown for all 3 GO aspects (molecular function, biological process, cellular component)
- Protein coding loci with unknown biological process AND unknown molecular function (may or may not have component annotations)
- Protein coding loci with unknown molecular function
- Protein coding loci with unknown biological process
If you have information about the function(s) for any of these genes you can submit data (e.g. GO annotations, phenotypes) directly to TAIR
